Postage 

Online purchases will be sent using Couriers Please or Australia Post subject to the shipping address of the purchaser.

Postage and handling times are as follows:

1-4 business days for Melbourne metropolitan areas

3-7 business days for the rest of Australia

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item that was purchased from our website, please email us at info@austealth.com.au, before returning the item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for purchases made from other retailers who stock Austealth.

All items must be presented in original condition with tags. We will not accept returns for change of mind purchases, or if found cheaper somewhere else or decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. All returns must be within 14 days of goods received.

All postage costs for returning items, and any costs of re-sending the item to you, will be at your expense.

We do not accept any responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.

Please ensure:

-the parcel is securely wrapped and packaged

-the parcel must include the original receipt with a brief reason for return

A refund will only be given for purchases with major failures/problems. For a list of major failures/problems please see the Consumer & Rights Guarantees on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission Website.
